Terrance and his crew were awesome! The previous movers were unresponsive to anything, calls, emails, and texts, so a day before my preferred move date, Terrance saved us! He communicated immediately from being booked, confirming time and day, picking up the pod, to on my way! The service was flawless! I highly recommend Exclusive Moves if you need help moving!

They were good with communication. Terrance was prompt with replies. We were flexible on our timing so it was fine, but they agreed for 8-10 am time slot, but came at 1030pm citing longer travel time. We had paid for 3 helpers, only 2 people came and they were in a rush to get everything done within 2hrs and dropped a few things. This is why I knocked off a couple of stars for my experience with this company. They did a fairly good job for just 2 people.
