1 star Would Never Recommend The communication started out good, 'll give them that. A few days before the move, I got a call from Corey letting me know they received the contract through U-Haul. He asked some general questions about the move and confirmed the date. On the day of, Corey called to say they'd be about 20 minutes late due to traffic, which wasn't a big deal at the time. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Two guys showed up in their personal vehicles with no moving supplies, not even a dolly. When they asked if I had one, I told them that should have been part of what they brought, but I still let them use my personal furniture dolly. Big mistake. These guys handled my belongings with zero care. They destroyed my brand-new washer and dryer, broke the top off my vintage entertainment center, tore a hole in my area rug by dragging furniture down the stairs on it, broke the dolly I let them borrow, and destroyed the wooden thresholds in my home while scratch

I would highly recommend Alpha Moving. I hired them to move my large furniture and boxes from a third floor large 1 bedroom apartment into a storage unit, and they were awesome. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking to move. Chuck and Cory was my movers and they were exceptional. Exceptional service at a great price.
