This is my second time using this company and I’ve had a great experience both times. The movers arrived right on time, were very friendly, and extremely professional. They worked quickly but were still careful with everything, and they were very patient throughout the move. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services. Christian and Spencer were both fantastic and I look forward to working with everyone again!

This was my 2nd time hiring Naptown and they were AMAZING. 2 Hours to load then 2 hours to unload into storage. Despite cramped space in storage, Austin, Ian and Jay made it work and had everything packed nicely. I cannot suggest them strongly enough. Dante and Stanley arrived early, worked hard and quickly got the job done. Really fun guys - cracking jokes, good at what they do. Positive attitude, good communication. Made sure to do things the way we wanted and place items where we directed. Explained anything we had questions about, and followed up at end to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend. When you do the review you can tip on the moving help website if you didn't already.

Dante and Stanley have a great sense of humor, work hard and quickly, willing to put items in the place we wanted. They work well together and made the move enjoyable. Arrived on time and finished in time frame allotted. Definitely recommend! First time using U-Haul connected moving service, so didn't realize there was an option to tip online when filling out review, so had already tipped. Makes it easy if you don't have cash on hand.

Austin and Shaz showed up on time handled our unloading with no problem, even when our new place presented a challenging staircase to maneuver through.
