Unfortunately, we did not experience the 5-star service others did. It's like we got a completely different company! Help was 1.5 hours late! They d and said they were having car trouble and would be there within 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later they showed up!! We had already done the heavy work we hired them for because we were running out of time. I had specifically requested they not send anyone who smoked weed (after reading some reviews). One of them WREAKED of weed! So much so that when we opened the UHaul at the new house, the entire truck smelled like weed! We hired for 3 hours. Since we had done half the work before they arrived, the truck was full and they left in less than 2 hours. No refund for the extra time we paid for and no response from company regarding any of these issues. We have moved multiple times and this was by far one of the worst experiences with help! Maybe our experience was a fluke, but DEFINITELY not 5-stars. Tried to contact company to avoid negative review.
