They showed up over an hour late and arrived smelling of cigarettes and marijuana. They charged me $100 an hr vs $50 an hr when they went over the booked 3 hours because they were moving so slowly. I stopped them after working 1 hr and 15 minutes over the 3 hrs after they damaged my property. The husband told me I owe them $200 more! Threatened my friend and said they were going to unload half the uhaul if I didn't pay it and lied on my friend and said he did the damage to the wall. It was a husband and wife team and the wife clearly couldn't handle heavy items. They bust a hole in the wall, damaged the striker plate, door trim and front door. They broke my dining table , damaged my desk, nightstand and credenza. Several glass pieces were broken due to carelessness and placing all of the boxes marked glass and fragile at the front of the uhaul and all the heavy items in the rear. I am still unpacking and finding more damage! THE WORST EXCUSE FOR MOVERS EVER! I SHOULD BE REFUNDED!!
