I was told they would have 3 people but I got two. I needed it for the larger furniture. They were nice but one was 18 years old. I told Him to be careful with a couple boxes because they were dishes. He took it and flipped it upside down and two of my dishes broke. They were careless with a lot of stuff. Just trying to get it down quick and not caring about how it affected my stuff. I did tip them well but I would say be more careful next time.

The movers were very professional and worked hard to make the process as seamless as possible. However, they did not use the moving pads as requested and several of my items were damaged accordingly.

Dan was exceptionally good at communicating and keeping me updated in terms of timing, what to expect, moving details, etc. The only downside was that the moving time window changed several times, however, once Dan and his partner arrived, they were exceptionally capable and careful when moving all furniture and boxes. I would recommend their service to others and I would use their services again in the future.
