The movers were both fantastic, extremely professional, and took great care of all of our heavy and valuable belonging that were getting moved. literally broke most of my furniture !! im so sad because they sounded so professional when they called me to confirm my service, but going back into my storage unit i found my expensive dresser BROKEN, my tv stand BROKEN, my expensive dining table BROKEN!!! im so upset because i work very hard to be able to afford my things, which is exactly why i made sure to get movers through UHaul because it’s a good company, but these people really don’t care about the service they provide at all, let alone your personal things. please don’t make the same mistake i did by booking them, and if you do PLEASE make sure to be present at ALL times during the service. Otherwise, you’re better off throwing all your things into a storage unit yourself. i’m literally heartbroken , I really cannot believe I have to buy furniture all over again when I pay these irresponsible people so they can move it nicely
