On 08-29-2025, I used this company for the 1st half of my move from my 3-bedroom apt to a storage facility. Michal arrived with 2 helpers and he got them started, then left them to finish the job. They did a decent job & finished in about 3.5 hours, which included wrapping the furniture. On the 2nd half of my move on 09-15-2025, they took 4 hours to move from the storage to my 3-bdrm house. Which I felt was excessive and wasn't what I expected. Michael arrived with 2 helpers & 1 who smelled like he had way too much to drink the night before. But seeing as how I was on a tight schedule, I went ahead with the move. After the move, we noticed 1 of the back pieces of my reclining sofa was broken. When I called to inform Michael of the issue he told me he would reach out to his team to see if they could reimburse me for the cost of repair. A few days later, he told me that they wouldn't be reimbursing me for the damage. It was very disappointing to hear and I won't refer or use them again.

I was very happy with the service. One of the men, Mack, arrived earlier than I expected and he helped me tape up boxes and got to loading right away. He is definitely a hard worker and had the truck organized so that nothing would break or move during the drive. Will hire again!

I had a lot of damage due to the way they loaded the truck. They have refused to take full responsibility even though we questioned them regarding how they were loading the truck. They kept assuring us they knew what they were doing. They keep saying we are partially responsible.

First time using movers and they were GREAT! They arrived on time. Communication was good. I booked them for 3 hours to load and unload. They were done in 2hrs!! I was so amazed at how quick and diligent they were. If you are looking for a moving company, i strongly recommend them!
