2-man crew arrived right on time which was appreciated. They completed the loading of our truck within the scheduled 4-hr window so no complaints about pacing. Performance was average overall. The crew worked steadily, but there were some clear shortcomings in care & professionalism. We noticed at least 3 pieces of furniture with new scratches, dings or scuffs after the job was done. Additionally, several boxes were placed directly on the wet porch instead of being kept protected which could have led to water damage had we not caught it immediately. Bryant was efficient, but came across as curt throughout the job & became noticeably frustrated at the end when we weren’t able to leave an on-the-spot review using our phone. A simple no problem, you can do it later would have gone a long way during a stressful move. In summary, they got the truck loaded on schedule, but the minor damage to furniture, lack of care with boxes & attitude left us feeling it was just an ok experience.
