They did an awesome job! On time and Communication was excellent! Highly recommend! Had a last minute change and they were able to accommodate. Moved everything thoughtfully and packed the Uhaul excellent, no issues with the drive!

I booked this company for 2 hours to move my one bedroom apartment and I am honestly still impressed. They showed up 15 minutes early - two movers along with a coordinator who kept checking in on what we wanted next so everything stayed efficient and she helped too. The two guys were insanely strong and FAST - I had no idea they could get so much done in just an hour - they moved a queen sofa sleeper like it was nothing and somehow maneuvered it through doors and the hallway perfectly. Best part - they left literally zero signs of scratches or damage anywhere. We were not fully packed - my fault - so after about an hour I had to stop them because we did not have enough ready but I am sure if everything was packed they would have finished the whole apartment within the 2 hours. Super professional respectful and unbelievably efficient - highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with our experience with On-Time Logistics; received a phone call promptly after submitting the request for moving help, they were extremely good with communication, arrived exactly when they said they would, and were professional, friendly, and fast - saved us a lot of time and potential hassle in moving our items out of a storage unit and loading them onto a UHaul for an interstate move. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the Cleveland area.

Angela and the mover team were superb!! Not only were they flexible with rescheduling when we were prevented from completing the move on the original move-date due to weather, the actual move was completed an hour ahead of schedule!

The communication was excellent. Angela called to confirm our order shortly after I reserved moving help through U-Haul. We also received a text confirming that they were in route and they were right on time. Charles and Danny moved and loaded our items quickly, carefully and efficiently and they were both very professional. We appreciate their help and it was an all around great experience and exceeded our expectations.
