Amazing Service from Kareem and Jose! If you need punctual, communicative, and hardworking movers, look no further than Kareem and Jose. They arrived exactly on time and were professional from start to finish. I accidentally underestimated my move size, but instead of leaving me high and dry, they honestly explained the job needed 4 people instead of 2. I paid a fair upfront fee for the extra help, and they got to work immediately. These guys are machines! They moved several heavy items up to a top floor without a single complaint and finished in record time. They were also incredibly polite and grateful for the snacks I provided. Tip for Customers - The U-Haul app hides their number until after you book. To avoid surprises, take photos of your items and message them immediately after booking to confirm the crew size. Note to Kareem - You guys are amazing! I would suggest adding a - call for quote - note in your ad text so people can clarify job details early. I would hire them again

I liked their timeliness, and the ability to move things so quickly! They took one look at my apartment and made it seem like it was child's play. They had no trouble moving things up a hill, and in another case on very short notice in the aftermath of the craziest winter storm we've seen in decades. Will definitely be booking these guys again!

Management email Target Transfer. Roy So the day started well was blessings the care as they ask the had trouble starting their car. Once at the apartment slightly late. I did express to the best of my ability that we cannot access the loading ramp that was supposed to be provided. Kareem concerns were valid about safety but also far fetched as we were helping them maintain safety through my only route and paid for an additional 4 hrs (for slower safe pace). Kareem talked to his friend (probably not his employee) and came with an invented Hazard pay at the price of $150. Both him and his friend profited over my wanting to make my military move smooth. Kareem was asking for the pay be with Zelle or Cash App as there was no correct way to add to contract. I’ve seen scams before and workers so unprofessional. Do not recommend him. Unless you plan to be extortionate for fees that he is trumping on top moving. Even on a call he just over talked me.
