Dante called me ahead of time to tell me he would be late due to a court hearing in New Jersey. I was fine with that. He sends the other guy who shows up at 1140. Had I not been physically able to do 75 percent of the work to load a twenty-foot UHaul Van, this move would not have taken place. Dante proceeds to sit at the unloading area, never shows up at my house to load the truck. He texts me from the unloading area says court hearing canceled and move to VIDEO COURT. Slow as molasses. We had to make 2 trips so that he could come back with the other guy to get my massage chair and bed to make his video court. I personally ordered a larger van to make one trip, which would have happened had he shown up on time and assisted the other. I see him at 140. It becomes 330, and he says, 'We have another appointment.' He was hesitant to come back to my house to get the massage chair n bed. DUDE LEFT ME at his mercy. Name is Dante. Partner is Donnell. Donnell was nice but no clue how to load

Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience reflected in other reviews. I had to reach out to confirm my move and was told that Donte had been in a car accident, so I was understanding. However, on October 24, 2025, he arrived late and remained on his phone throughout much of the move. At the storage facility, we left him downstairs with dollies and carts to begin loading, but that did not happen. The furniture pads I ordered were never used, and the 20-ft truck was poorly packed some items were left behind and had to be given to neighbors. During the brief time he did assist, he damaged a picture, a mirror, and a vanity. His helper was polite and tried to help but seemed frustrated and needed assistance with heavier items. My family, including my mother in her 60s, had to step in and finish the job ourselves despite paying for four hours and multiple movers. While Donte was courteous by phone, his professionalism during the move was disappointing.
