STAY AWAY!! 1)Terrible communication, Donte was dragging his feet from the beginning! 2)They let it be known that they had another client, which was fine by me, but this should have been when he let me know that he was too tired to do another job, because once he arrived, it was complaints from the start, telling me he couldn’t find parking, it was already late & he was tired etc, I tried to be nice to try get them to do the job. 3)The next 2 hrs, all I heard was how lucky I was to have their help, how much of a ‘favor’ they were doing me, then he went all in, telling me about how hard times were & how hard it was for him to make rent & then he told me directly that he needed a $120 tip in cash, all this while hiding in the garage for 30 mins & bombarding me with texts trying to renegotiate their rate & trying to get me to agree to 4hrs to unload a 15ft truck 4)2hrs in to the job they had only unloaded only half the 15ft truck & left me stuck, having to pay a 2nd company to finish!
