Movers stated they forgot their tools after I explicitly paid for help unpacking. They promised to come back another day and never did. Promised to refund the amount for the work they didn’t do and never sent it. Stay away from these scammers if you want good help. Gave a lot of opportunities for the owner to help right his wrong before writing this review. Select any other moving service of you don’t want to be scammed like I was.

I scheduled an unpacking. The company did not provide the service and tricked me into paying for it by saying they would show up the next day but never did. I tried contacting the owner several times after he stole my money and he never bothered to call me back. He said he would mail the refund check and never bothered to. I gave him a lot of opportunities to right his wrong but he never responded. This service ended up being a scam. I would never recommend this service or team to anyone. Several of my items were also broken with no care or effort put in during the unloading my stuff. If you want honesty and integrity you won’t find it here. Only thievery. For shame.

The communication by all team members was amazing, and a huge relief for a last minute move on a holiday weekend. I received a call in advance of the move, the morning of to confirm if the time still worked, half way through to make sure it was processing as expected, and after the move had completed. It was incredibly helpful, especially because I wasn’t sure if I’d guessed right on the number of hours it would take. The movers were friendly and helpful, strong and careful with the heavy-glass cabinet. I mainly wandered around confused in the middle of the move. . . they were so helpful with me also. Would absolutely use Level Up again!
