LR3 did a quick UBox delivery and unload job for a reasonable price! It was a 3-man job. I would've liked to see them handle my boxes + the threshold and floors of our house a little more gently. Although there wasn't any visible damage, it did feel loud and rushed. However - they got it done and were very professional with communication leading up to the move!

John was great. The only problem was the fact that the team was delayed due to a truck issue and the friend we had waiting for them was delayed. He had planned to be there during his lunch break and ended up having to take half a day off without pay to help us. I frankly would like a refund of part of the payment to reimburse him for his time.
