First, communication was great and the movers showed up on time! They were moving quickly, finishing in about a hour. The truck was loaded a little weird where some of the heavy items were placed on top instead of the bottom. There was a lamp shade that got crunched. Overall a good experience for our first time using this service.

The movers showed up 10 minutes early. They worked EXTREMELY hard the entire time in 100 degree temps. The movers were professional, fast and careful. We did have a dent on one wall from a desk and the movers took full responsibility and talked to me, right there, about how to rectify it. I strongly recommend 828 ART.

They were on time, fast, and efficient. Honestly those 3 do not come together a lot so it was well appreciated. Also, i appreciated how helpful and patient they were when I forgot my new house key at my car. The move in was also fantastically fast. I would chose them again. And again. Paid for 3 hours. They finished in about 1.5 hours. Well worth the extra hours.
