I cannot thank Carla and her team enough for their professionalism, efficiency and true dedication to customer service. The communication from the moment I booked was great. She confirmed the booking and then the day before and when I asked if they could come a bit earlier, they did. They configured and reconfigured the layout of my stuff in the truck ensuring everything was secure for my 1200 mile trip. The entire morning, they were so patient with me as I asked and explained how I wanted things and they were all so respectful of my ideas and our time. They really act like it’s their mom’s stuff being moved and I am so grateful for how well they handled this otherwise stressful process.

Positives, Arrived on time, were speedy. Both men were polite and friendly. Low Rate. Problems--There was miscommunication on the job in a few ways. First, manager misinformed the men that it was loading only, when I had been clear when I texted her to confirm, it was a load and unload job. Luckily I had coordinated with her over a prior to leave a 3.5-4 hour window for the job. Secondly, movers were on their phones at times over 30-45 min period, bu were not upfront with me on what the problem was (communicating with HQ about confusion). To me it looked like they were goofing off on their phones rather than focusing on the job. Other problem--Way they were loading the Uhaul and handling my furniture. There was an approximate 20 +min hold-up as the way the men loaded the Uhaul caused them to run out of room in truck for a few pieces of furniture, so they had to re-plan and re arrange to fit everything. Poor pre-planning. Also placed my couch and desk so that damage could easily occur.

These guys had great professionalism, attitude, and communication. What was not so great was the finished product. In 4 hours the job was not completed when it took the other company half the time to do a better job. The truck i had rented was not packed floor to ceiling and utilized half of the available space causing me to rent an additional trailer to pack the rest in because i did not have the time to completely unload the truck and do it over again myself. There were a couple of big furniture pieces that i needed packed with care that ended up damaged on the road due to not being properly secured down (i supplied 6 dozen furniture pads, 60 bungees, 2 40ft rope tie downs and 8 Ratchet straps and only 1 strap was used total for the entire job and about a dozen furniture pads). The attitude, professionalism and communication was 10 out of 10..the job itself was maybe a 2-3 out of ten.
