Would have been great to know about the truck not being included but there was some miscommunication. It took an hour and a half to get the truck situation sorted which cut into my allotted hours since I had booked for 3 hours and had to pay for an extra 2 hours. Better communication between workers and management as I was being told they would arrive in 20 minutes but it they came after an hour.

it was very unprofessional they took the bus to me. After they Loaded and unloaded my stuff into the truck they took a ride in the back of my U-Haul didn't ask just forced themselves. I gave them additional cash after doing the job just as a thank you because I felt bad. They took the bus and he still texting asking for more money.
