The men were responsive to my concerns about packing the trailer initially. Toward the end of the process I let my guard down and they hastily packed chairs without padding resulting in marring of several expensive pieces of furniture. I had an unopened bag of pads that could have been used. They should have known better. I regret not paying closer attention though out the process or just packing the lighter stuff at the end myself.

movers did not speak English. it made move directions very difficult. I specifically asked movers to put my standing bar in LAST (since I wasn't sure if I would have truck space). however, they loaded it midway. and my fears were confirmed. we ran out of room midway through and had to remove the bar from the truck and put it back in the house. also, they didn't pack the truck very tightly. they claimed there was not room for the rest my items. we eventually got everything loaded, but I had to direct the movers on how to do it.

Both movers were professional and understood the assignment at hand. The timeframe allowed was just enough to manage the move. They were great. I would recommend this particular crew to anyone who is moving and needs a helping hand.

They told me they arrived early and then since I didn’t have my U-Haul yet, they booked another job and then pushed my move time by 2 hours. I had to end up loading the truck and they met me at my destination to unload the truck.
