One of the movers never showed up but the other mover named Davon was extremely helpful and professional. I was under the weather so he took the heavy stuff for me down 3 flights of stairs with no complaints. The move went a lot smoother because of his help.

Eugene is not fit for moving and should not be in the moving business. He was rude to his helper and spent most of his time organizing bins inside the truck rather than moving items out of the unit and into the truck. He complained about the stairs a lot left the job unfinished. Would not recommend.

They were very fast which I appreciated. There were a few instances where I think things could have been handled with more care, and the space was packed a little inefficiently, but overall I am satisfied with the services provided.

I would definitely hire this moving company again in the future and would recommend their services to friends and family. The company and the movers were extremely communicative, professional, and helpful. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to move so many heavy items without their help.
