I feel compelled to share my experience with All Wheel Moving & Delivery to help others avoid the challenges I faced. I scheduled an appointment a week and a half in advance, knowing I would be undergoing a medical procedure and wouldn’t be at full capacity. Unfortunately, the company failed to reach out for confirmation in a timelymanner, and I had to contact customer service myself. When finally called to confirm the time, but they refused my preferred 8 AM slot, instead pushing it to 10 AM, and then eventually to 9 AM. Despite this, they arrived late and didn’t communicate properly upon arrival. Once they began the job, the movers immediately assumed there wouldn’t be enough space for my belongings, and they didn’t come prepared with tools, which is surprising for a moving company. When I pointed this out, they became defensive and unprofessional. Despite hiring them for two hours, they finished in just 40 minutes and left the job incomplete.

The helpers were very efficient and kind. They were a bit rough with my marked fragile boxes. I’m slightly nervous to open them to see the damage but besides that they were great. The overall experience was lacking. I had to make the first contact to make sure they were coming a few days before and then I had to contact the evening before at 4 pm to verify and find out the time. Not a great customer experience there and I couldn’t schedule the rest of my move.

Young men showed up prepared with dollies and tie down straps for an in-town load and unload job. Packed the U-haul very well and worked tirelessly. Very impressed with their professionalism and worth ethic. Great job!!!
