Johnson Moving Company was amazing! We had excellent communication throughout the booking and scheduling process. They were such hard workers! They were very thoughtful and considerate while loading our U-Haul. There were no scraped walls or banged-up furniture! Chase was also very sharp with how the U-Haul was packed, always keeping in mind the weight balance during towing.

Navigating a second-floor apartment and loading into a U-Haul truck is no easy feat, but they executed the task with both speed and care. What truly set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it was helping to disassemble bulky furniture, offering packing tips, or assisting with last-minute adjustments, their helpful attitude never faltered. They were courteous, respectful, and communicative throughout.

U-Haul was not loaded in a way that best used all the available space which has caused us to not be able to bring all items. We are now having to make a second trip after spending $400 on a 26’ long truck. I could tell they were young and most likely still learning. The job was decent but there is room for improvement. Might be a good idea to pair this team with an experienced mover until they get the hang of it.
