They were absolutely amazing!!! So incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. They were attentive, and even offered to put my futon together for me! Their communication was outstanding before, during, and after the process. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone who needs moving services. I hope I don’t have to move any time soon, but I will definitely request their assistance the next time I do. If you need moving assistance, do yourself a favor and go with ASM! I can’t say enough about how great this experience was!

So much of our stuff arrived damaged. Major gouges and scratches. I did file a claim. They loaded the trailer in such disarray. The movers that helped unload it had never seen one loaded so poorly. The help that arrived weren't there for long. As one of them walked off the job, the other had to leave. They left one guy there for over two hours. I'm glad we saved room in our cargo trailer for last minute items. They left several boxes in our basement after ensuring me they grabbed everything. They said there wasn't enough room for all our stuff so we left items behind. When the unloaders opened it there was so much room that we could have fit what we left and more. We drastically overpaid in the first place, then had to pay extra due to their incompetence and lack of loading skills. Buyer beware with this company.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! These guys are clueless as hell and slow!! They were here for over two hours and couldn't even load a 22' truck with a bunch of boxes, a refrigerator, couch, loveseat and chair in that time. They literally needed to load a 3 bedroom house. They were over an hour late showing up. Kept laughing when my husband told them to hustle instead of playing around in the truck. It wasn't a joke!! We move often because of my husband's job and we have NEVER needed more than 2 helpers for 2 hours to load and unload our stuff.

Jacob and his helper did a wonderful job packing my containers. They were fast and efficient. They took great care wrapping all pieces before placing them into the containers and moved the items with the same level of care. They even helped me move a few items out to my garage that were not being loaded. I would highly recommend choosing them for your next move!
