Jim and Bryce were great! They assessed what needed to be done and quickly went to work. They were careful with our belongings and extended the extra courtesy to place boxes in the rooms that they were going to need to be unboxed in. This saved us from having to shuffle a lot of things around when you already have an overwhelming amount of stuff being brought in. They skillfully got bulky items up the stairs when it didn't look like it would be logistically possible! They were friendly, kind, courteous and grateful and got the job done with time to spare. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

Only one mover showed up when I paid for two. Asked for a refund and acknowlegment of the issue and have not heard back from the company. The one guy who did show up was very helpful

The whole service was poor, they sent 2 small guys to lift our entire apartment. My husband and I have bad backs and we can't lift, yet we were helping. They dragged all of our furniture on the floor, damaging and dirtying the sofa, mattresses and more. They then called to ask for a tip since we were moving so far and 'the company doesn't give them enough money for gas' They almost crashed into us on the way to our house. Overall, unprofessional and Dave yourself the headache and get a professional company. We will not be using uhaul or it's providers again. This is the 3rd time we did and each time has been worse. You save $200 dollars but get more in damage and hassle.

This is my second time using Rhino Pros to unload a storage pod and I will definitely use them again. My movers today were Cedric & Larry. I had a 16 ft. Pod; jammed pack! The task looked overwhelming to me, but they tackled it like the pros they were. I honestly was not sure how all that stuff was going to fit in the storage unit. But they made it work! I appreciate so much all their hard work, which they did in the rain, mind you! Thanks, Guys! Couldn't done it without you!
