Did a great job packing u-haul, but i booked for 3 hrs, to load and unload. they definitely took their time and used the whole 3 hours loading, so i had to book different movers to unload at my new place due to them not being able to help unload. 3 stars just due to the fact they were not time efficient. i’ve booked movers many times before and everyone has been able to pack the u-haul and unpack it at the new place in 3 hrs no problem.

I booked and paid for two movers for three hours through this company, but only one person showed up. The mover who arrived did not have a working phone line and had to connect to my personal hotspot in order to communicate with his boss through a third-party app. We spent a significant amount of time trying to find out when the second mover would arrive. At approximately 3 PM, we were told that the second mover should arrive within five minutes. However, despite waiting for hours, the second mover never showed up. Having only one mover significantly delayed our move and created a much greater physical burden than expected. I ended up having to do considerably more of the work myself and was completely exhausted by the end of the process. This was not the service I booked or paid for. I specifically reserved two people for three hours, and the failure to provide the second mover caused substantial delays, wasted time, and unnecessary physical strain.
