I wasn't watching the loading of the truck since I had other things to do to get the house closed up. Their method of loading was questionable to me (loading all boxes first then furniture) but I went along with it. I should have watched. When I got to my destination after they loaded the truck - I had damage to some furniture(knobs broken off drawers, door broken off(and just placed on the side) of an entertainment center console, antique dresser door ripped off its hinges(unrepairable) and some glass items broken inside the boxes. The furniture was not secured well and too much space in-between the furniture which made the load shift and slide around and fall on each other! I wasn't happy when I saw the results at the other end of my move!!

Poor communication prior to moving and poor punctuality. Agreed to arrive at 1pm for moving but ended up arriving at 2.30pm. Moving service was acceptable, nothing to complain. Just terrible communication
