Palmetto Movers were 30 minutes late. They blamed their tardiness on the previous household they had just left. They did work quickly to load up the first 2 of the 3 pods I reserved. Periodically, I would ask the movers whether there was still room for things during the load out. They eventually told me that there was no room left in the 3rd pod to load anymore in. They were here working a total of an hour and a half but clearly seemed in a hurry to leave to their next appointment. The movers mentioned that they still had 2 more household loadout reservations to finish today. When I opened the 2nd and 3rd pods I was struck by their lack of care for piling my furniture with absolutely no furniture pads and scratching everything. There was so much more room in the 3rd pod for more of our belongings to fit in. 13 unopened furniture pad bags were taking up room!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY.

Some miscommunication on timing but once there the moving team was very professional and did a great job wrapping, moving, and packing the items in the boxes. I gave each of the movers a cash tip.

They were kind and punctual. However, we asked several times to cover pieces of furniture. We had to step in to do it after they continued not to. We had boxes that we said not to put anything on; ignored. They damaged my washer trying to put it through a door. We told them to stop and they still were trying to get it through. Also scratched the front of my tall dresser.
