The movers showed up 30 minutes late but said if was due to an issue with their car. If that's true, it's understandable. They were hired for 3 hours but the boss called at 2 hours and said they were done. They did stay for the 3rd hour. They worked hard but could use a little better organizing skills.

This was by far the worst experience in my life. I had to call my friends at 11pm to come help me because they only loaded 4 things. I will never use this company again

The two guys who came to help were great, but the boss or manager changed the start time from 0800 to 1500 without me knowing until the day of, there was also some miscommunication about the amount of hours and people which falls back on uhauls bad interface.

I had a hard time communicating with the movers. Only one spoke English. I am not sure how experienced they were but they completely damaged my $100 metal shelf, and I asked several times for them to move a mini fridge and nightstand downstairs and they never did. I felt there was a lot of wasted time. Like trying to carry too much instead of just taking 2 trips. They were very rough with my 57 year old dresser. Trying to shove the drawers back in when they weren't even on the track. I don't understand people that don't value other people's items.

I booked them for 3 hours and it took them about 2 hours to get to me so I didn't get the full 3 hours that I needed to unload the truck I only got two so I wasn't very happy about that otherwise they were good movers and they did a good job

Absolutely fantastic help! They were great at getting everything loaded and it was close, but they are like tetris masters ;) Very friendly and polite. I would use them again without hesitation.
