They didn't get the job done. They were very slow, damaged my furniture and house. I booked load AND unload for 5 hours (one hour more than all other quotes recommended) for a 3 bedroom apt that was already partially moved out (decreased the number of boxes). They took the whole 5 hours packing but still didn't pack everything and asked for the payment code. When I reminded them that I booked load and unload, they acted surprised. We were stuck with a packed truck and unable to unload it ourselves so we got charged 3 extra hours for them to unload. Worst moving experience ever. For the cost, I might as well have hired real professionals. My mistake for trusting reviews. Do not book them. Yes they were nice but that doesn't get the job done.
