Moving is always stressful, but Ivan and Victor from Helix Moving Services handled everything with such professionalism and care that it felt completely stress-free. The two young gentlemen worked hard, non-stop, and handled all our items with great care. Their dispatcher communicated clearly and timely. I think this is a great company, especially for the price. The one thing they could improve on is the communication before the move. Their customer service number does not have a mailbox setup, so there’s no way to leave a message if they don’t answer; and it took quite a while to get call backs. It made me wonder what I was dealing with. But overall, I would gladly use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Arrived 2 hours late and did not call to notify me. Once they got here they had no urgency and inefficiently loaded the truck. I did a move with the same items 2 months ago and a different company did it in one trip and in 1.5 hours total. They took 2 trips and over 3 hours, and didn’t even finish the job. I wasn’t going to leave this review until I went back to the truck after they left and the front seat was full of items and the truck was wide open. I live in downtown Phoenix with a lot of foot traffic so this was extremely irresponsible. I had a strict timeline on when I needed to be out of my old place and this set me completely behind schedule. Only gave 2 stars because they were nice.
