The guys from AceProLoaders did a great job. They arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They competed the job ahead of schedule and I would highly recommend them.

TLDR; Not impressed. After multiple conversations to confirm, Aces Pro Loaders still missed the scheduled start time of 9am by 30 minutes. This interfered with my girlfriend's ability to leave for an out-of-state destination in a timely manner. One of the movers was of little help to the others (he seemed to spend more time in bathrooms at both locations), so we essentially got a two-man crew for the price of three. Additionally, there was no communication about a $150 'special handling' charge for heavy furniture. All in all, it took five and a half hours to move out of an 800 square feet home and unload less than half of our stuff. Not thrilled with our experience.
