The company was uncommunicative until the day before the move when they informed me that they had double booked me in a slot for someone else only after I had reached out for confirmation, which was added stress, since I had reserved parking and elevator for the original time slot I was given. The movers themselves were fantastic in communication and speed, and the mismanagement was not their fault, so 5 stars for them, but overall not a great experience.

They were super good about communication. Came early (after checking to be sure it was ok) and packed up the box carefully and quickly. All done in 1 hour. Wow! I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Albert was awesome to work with. Within hours of me setting up my move, he reached out to confirm. All along the way he was great at communicating and quick to respond. If there were 10 stars, I’d give them all 10. Amazing communication. Punctual to the minute. Courteous the entire process. Efficient is an understatement. I don’t want to move again, but if I did I know who I would call. They handled the whole load with care and were very patient with all the personalities present. If you’re in the DC area, this is who you need.
