Hired Golden Loaders to move and they showed up 2.5 hours late!! Moving is stressful and this just added to the chaos of the move. Finally showed up and got the job done. Tipped them anyway.

The only issue I have was somehow my daughter’s brand new vanity still in the box which was glass and fragile ended up being broken. The glass is shattered which it wasn’t when it was placed in storage because I double checked the mirror an taped the box back up. A little upset about the vanity being broken especially since it was a gift for my daughters room. Other than that they got the job done an gave a cash tip.

I was unsure how long the job would take and paid for 3 hours but the job was completed in 1 hour. I asked for 1 hours fees to be refunded and they could keep 1 hour for a tip but Kevin kept all 3 hours fees and didn't answer messages from myself and movinghelp.com support. The Golden movers experience will stop me from using the Movinghelp.com website in the future due to their lack of help in trying to resolved this issue.
