Communication from management was lacking, I was made aware of a 1.5 hour delay with the movers 8 minutes prior to the scheduled move. The movers themselves were top notch, very professional, very attentive, and especially helpful throughout the process. Callan went above and beyond.

They did a great job. They communicated that they would be a bit late due to Bay Area traffic. I wasn’t wondering where they were. I only had what I thought was an hour of work, I told them what I wanted and they hustled and were done in about 20 mins and nothing shifted in the truck. I would use them again.

The service was outstanding. Not only were they flexible with the service time, they were quick to move everything in while also ensuring nothing got damaged in the process. Don’t let the process difference scare you away. I would put their service and speed up against any of the other companies that charge way more for the same service.
