Good service. Great value. Joe showed up early. Assessed what was needed. Him and Eric stayed until the job was done. My one setback was the communication prior to the move. In the days leading up to the move, I sent an email, left a voicemail and no response. They did reach out the night before, around 5 to schedule the move. I would use again and recommend them.

Movers were great once they showed up. Unfortunately it was 30 min late. The other larger issue was they have a policy to not reach out until 24 hours prior to move with a rationale that plans change and people cancel on them all the time. The issue with this is you leave the customer who pays for the service anxious right up until the move. The other movers I hired reached out to me at 4 points of contact. Right after I made the purchase (3 weeks before move), 1 week before the move, the day before the move, and on the day of the move. This was reassuring during a stressful moment of my life. Waiting to reach out until the day prior to the move due to a history of cancellations is not a good excuse to leave your customers wondering if you will show up. To me, this company puts their own needs first versus the customers. Again it was more of the front office and the lack of communication that was the issue. The Movers on the other hand were great. They worked hard and had experience.
