Regrettably, I cannot recommend this service. The booking process was frustrating, requiring multiple attempts just to reach the scheduler. On the day of the move, the team did not show up at the designated time, and I was left with no updates. After repeatedly reaching out, I was given a new arrival time, which they also missed. While I understand that earlier jobs can run late, the lack of communication was highly unprofessional and stressful. Once the crew arrived 3.5 hours late, they moved my contents quickly, but the overall experience was too disorganized to justify using them again.
