They asked for an etransfer at the end to cover the 20 minutes they went over scheduled time but honestly one of the workers wasn’t very strong and took a long time and was obviously struggling.

Louis and Jay were fantastic! They arrived right on time, were incredibly kind and professional, and worked very efficiently. My move was within the same building, from a main floor suite to a second-floor suite, so I had booked them for two hours. Even so, they moved all of my furniture in about an hour and a half. They were also very thorough, making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and handled my belongings with care. My only critique is the scheduling process. I booked through U-Haul and expected the movers to contact me, but I had to reach out myself. It also took a bit of back and forth to confirm the date and time because communication wasn’t always very prompt. Aside from that, the moving experience itself was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Louis and Jay!
