The movers came late and were rushing the job. They made a dent in the drywall in the rental home. They were very respectful and were courteous. They also asked if they could help with anything else before they left and I appreciate that.

Unfortunately it was raining. My appt was scheduled at 10am. I received a call at 932am saying due to the rain my appt has been pushed back until further notice and that their 8am clients were pushed back as well. I came in from out of state and needed to be back by a certain time for my other movers to unload. I understand safety for the workers but you also called me less than 30 mins before my scheduled move which you knew at 8am was going to be an issue. They finally came around 1130 after I expressed my disappointment and that we were two women and two children with no options due to lack of communication.
