Overall went great, they got the truck unloaded in my 2hr timeframe. Only one ding on a dresser leg but it should be fixable and they were really apologetic. They even helped fold up blankets and get the truck ready to drop off. They were caught in traffic but communicated about it so I knew when the expect them so that was great.
