This company showed up late and worked only half of the time I paid for. One worker spent the first 20 minutes standing in the U UHaul on the phone yelling at someone instead of working. I am completely disabled and specifically instructed them not to disconnect or take apart the adjustable base for my medical bed. Despite those instructions, they unplugged everything, left the power cords behind at my old house, and failed to pack them. When I contacted the owner, Shay, about where are the cords were and reimbursement for the replacement cords I now have to purchase, she laughed at my message and told me I would get nothing. I have reached out several times since then and have been completely ignored. The lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable movers. They're blatant disregard for my medical equipment is inexcusable and completely unprofessional at best.

The loaders arrived one and a half hours late. Within the delayed time, I received five telephone calls from five different employees. They stated they received no specifics regarding what they were to do; because they were informed I booked the job at four a.m. that day. I actually booked forty-eight prior to day of service. They did not communicate with the supervisor. One loading-group said they would arrive ninety minutes late, with one-less worker than contracted. A different group arrived fifteen minutes after that phone call. I stated I wanted the truck packed for a three drive, they loaded the truck with wide gaps between items (guaranteed falling and breakage, movement of items). They were immature, argued, and in their twenties. I had to pay a second team for an additional two hours, reloading the poor loading of the first team. The job could have been completed as scheduled had the first group started on time, acted and packed professionally. The second team was tipped.
