Norman called shortly after booking to confirm the plan, which was reassuring. On moving day, he arrived with two workers and handled everything professionally. He even helped cut open a heavy-duty padlock on my U-Box using a powered tool when a regular bolt cutter didn’t work. They moved all my furniture and appliances safely up a narrow second-floor staircase without any damage and didn’t let me lift a thing. The team was friendly, efficient, and reliable. Moving is stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. I would definitely hire them again.
