Do not use this company! Luanne, who is the owner or POC, assured me I would have 2 helpers show up at 1100 as booked. The day of my move, she repeatedly lied to me and ghosted my texts and calls. She did finally send two guys who arrived at 1300, 2 hours past the scheduled time. They loaded my truck. I called U-Haul to report the situation but still paid for the 2 hours thru the representative. After arriving at my new house, however, she called me to harass me, claiming that I cancelled the job completely and paid nothing. The following morning at 0339, she sent me a text with more harassment, threats, attempted intimidation and felony extortion, continuing to claim I didn't pay for any services. Two mornings later, she continued with the same texts at 0034 & 0047. At 0441, she had someone claiming to be the guys that loaded me text me with the same harassment, threats, intimidation and felony extortion. I finally had to contact the police & file a report. Do not use them to move!
