I was disappointed in the service. The original time was 9am. I called to confirm and was asked to push back time between 10am -11am. I agreed, but explained this was going to another state and needed to be done as soon as possible. We made several attempts to contact James and he stopped answering the phone until I called one last time. He arrived around 2 pm with a helper. Unfortunately, the helper was left to do all the work alone even though I paid for a 2 person job. I felt bad for the one guy. Being that this was being transported to another state, I encountered additional fees in the other state and they were waiting on this truck. I’ve used this service before and never had this happen to me. Hats off to the young man that loaded the truck alone, but it was unacceptable.

Booked four movers - two showed up. Company wouldn’t answer the phone to resolve complaint. Company also subcontracted my job to another company. Movers damaged two very expensive pieces of equipment. U-haul told me l agreed to their terms that allows this.
