Even though there was bad weather I was left standing around for 2 hours past my requested time. The movers were good about moving everything down but it wasn't packed efficiently or organized. I am also missing a headphone set that I cannot confirm even made it into the truck. While they got everything moved in an hour, they were very late, which then caused other problems for my moving day. Despite the rain, I was expecting to be on the road much sooner than I was.
