Communication before the move was good. The team was upfront about having another job earlier in the day and the possibility of arriving late, which I appreciated. They arrived close to the agreed start time, and the loading work itself was efficient and done well. The issue was the team leader’s behavior. He repeatedly berated the other worker during the move. After a dresser was accidentally dropped and broken, he continued berating him for several minutes, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. This happened more than once, and I had to leave the room. It was especially concerning that the leader’s young child was present during this behavior. Additionally, most of the physical labor was done by the other worker (Abram, I believe), while the leader often stood back. I would have tipped if I knew for certain the tip would go directly to the worker who did most of the work.

This was my first time using Uhaul U-boxes for a move and I was very impressed with how strategic they were in fitting the boxes. They were courteous, respectful and thoughtful. We cannot say enough about Hezekiah and Omar. They were friendly, helpful, hardworking, and efficient. We just moved to Nashville from Nebraska and they definitely went above and beyond. Not only did they help us unload, but they reorganized our storage unit with room to spare. Highly recommend and we will be using their services again when we move into our permanent location.

I made the switch to Swiftly movers, since I wasn’t getting any communication from the other provider I had hired. I researched the review and Swiftly stood out. From all the reviews it stated that they were masters of Tetris. And I’m here to say the reviews are not wrong. They arrived on time and not only took care of my items, but did it quickly. If you're taking a look through who to help you in the Clarksville & Nashville area, this is the group to use. Rest assured that they are worth more bang for your buck than any other load and unload help on the list you're going through right now. Specifically to our situation, they arrived not only early, but our residential company failed to give us access to the property on time. The gentlemen stayed TWO hours in wait for use to get contacted by our landlord for access then STILL helped us outside the allotted time window. We compensated them rightly for their extra effort and help. They finished unloading our truck into the house extremely quick, half than the time we allotted for (2 hours). They are the clear winner (I know you're tempted by a company on this list with thousands of reviews, I was too) in price AND effort. I'd go with this team - every time.
