Start time was 8am, but they didn't get there until 915am. I was told it was because I lived far away via text message. When they got there, NONE OF THE WORKERS SPOKE ANY ENGLISH so we had to literally touch every item we wanted moved. I ended up having to reschedule other things for my out of state move because they were so late getting to a move that only took 40 minutes. Couldn't talk to the supervisor, apparently his phone is a text only device. HORRIBLE SERVICE TOP TO BOTTOM. Do yourself favorite and scroll past this moving company
