STAY AWAY!!! Unfortunately, I had already gave them the code and they got the payment! First, they have arrived 15 minutes late even without letting us know, it wasn't a problem at all if we had a good experience with them but in our situation it has to be pointed as a first flag. Secondly, they carried our staff really ruthless and with a rude attitude, they were not happy with what we were asking them to carry from truck to house. I was on the truck, I handed all the items myself and directed them to carry the items inside. They were behaving like almost about to fight with us, rude and careless. We have couple of minor damages on our furniture pieces, because of their attitude. Lastly, we finished unloading the truck in 1 hour and 10 minutes and we had 50 minutes more. At that time he assumed, it is finished and asked me to give him the code and I gave it, unfortunately! Then asked them to help with my vehicle to unload but they didn't accept and gone without completing the job.

I was disappointed with the care taken during my move. I live on the third floor and hired movers to help carry items down the stairs and loading into our moving van, but they seemed more focused on speed than handling belongings carefully. They loaded containers with fragile items onto a dolly and rolled it down the stairs (we could hear the items bouncing around inside the boxes). Some furniture also appeared to have minor damage afterward. They also arrived almost an hour late, and although I booked two helpers for two hours, they finished in about one hour. In this case, finishing early wasn’t a positive; I would have preferred they take more time and handle my belongings carefully rather than rush through the job. Their communication was good and they got everything moved, but the quality of service did not meet my expectations.
