I had to reach out to confirm the appointment the day before, because I had heard nothing. I should have known that was the sign of bad things to come. The only way that I would entertain using these guys is if you have incredibly light items that are worth nothing and you don’t care how they’re handled. Otherwise, just save the headache and use somebody else.
