Carlos was professional the entire time. It was only him so it took longer than expected but he got the job done! He packed everything very well and made sure all my items were secured to avoid any breakage. He did a great job considering he was solo.

The mover didn't show up at the scheduled time. We reserved 10am, and they said they can't be here because their truck was down. But I think this is the trick movers use a lot to rip us off. My husband said we can add money and they said they will try to come in the afternoon around 3pm, so obviously. They finally came around 4pm. We've been waited them the entire day for just one hour moving. Before the moving day, I called them two times to confirm everything, and they said yes, they will be here for sure, but they didn't. I've been frustrated whole day, and was so worried if we can't find new movers. I hope uhaul terminates the collaboration with them for no work ethics.

Carlos arrived late, didn’t have help , I had to help him the entire time of the move . This includes a bed and bed frame. I live on the 2nd floor which was told to him when booking. He demanded the passcode at end of service which was very threatening to me as a senior citizen in my home. I just relocated and the worst service from anyone since I got here. I didn’t get any response after reporting the issue or half of my money back for being the helper .

Carlos and the team were excellent! They were professional and efficient. All of my furniture and boxes were carefully handled and loaded into the U-boxes. Communication was also excellent before and during the move. Carlos made sure to confirm the time and size of the move, and made sure to let me know the plan. Very happy with the moving service. Highly recommend.

I booked them to deliver my U-Box and unload it. The way Carlos communicated was professional. I booked them just one day in advance, and Carlos and his associate showed up on time in the morning. They were really professional in their job. They finished the unloading in just one hour. They carried my stuff three floors up the stairs without any issue. No stuff was damaged. I highly recommend them. Just don't think about anyone else and book them.

We had issues with my U-Boxes that were outside the control of Carlos and his team, but they were so patient and worked with U-Haul and me to ensure that I was able to get my belongings in a timely manner. Cannot recommend them enough.
