They had to use our equipment (ie) dolly because they didn't bring their own. That is odd for a furniture mover

Roger was amazing, they were very patient while I changed my mind and helped me figure out how to get things stored the best way. They also backed the truck in for me because I’m terrible at backing in a truck. Above and beyond a great experience!
