I would not recommend this company. Communication was extremely poor from the start. No clear arrival time was provided, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. The crew arrived approximately 1.5 hours late with no proactive communication. Once onsite, there were significant language barriers that made simple questions difficult to resolve. At one point, I asked whether my garden machine (hydroponi)had been disassembled or did it break. That question resulted in a 45-minute delay while they attempted to contact someone who could translate. During that time, no work was completed. NONE It’s also worth noting that this was a very small load, as the majority of my move had already been completed. Despite the limited scope, the process was inefficient and unnecessarily prolonged. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and unproductive time made this a frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage others to confirm communication expectations and time.

The helpers moved a very heavy gun safe in a flash with no issues. They bring straps to help lift and move the safe.

The helpers were very punctual and polite. They stayed on task and used their time wisely. There were a few banged walls and damaged items but nothing that I would not expect in any move. Overall it was great to be able to find helpers that actually showed up and worked hard. It’s a great service provided by U-Haul.
