I signed up when purchasing my U-Haul. I paid for 3 hours. I was called the day before and a gentleman explained that there was a 2 hour minimum for load in at first location and 2 hour minimum for load out at the second location 2 miles away. Over all I was very satisfied, they sent 3 people rather than 2- the moved me in an hour or so. Very quick and kind. Great job, I would use again.

The crew was excellent. Took really good care not to hit any walls taking the furniture up the steps. Moved everything with precision. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The movers were kind and respectfully cautious with my belongings. I have moved a couple of times and this was by far my best experience. I recommend Summit and would definitely use them in the future if needed.

I Booked them for 3 hours at first . AFter they arrive they told me I have to pay for one more hour. Paid for extra one hour . They requested code after one hour . Left work site without saying anything after 2 hours! So I paid for 4 hours - got them for 2 hours! The fact that they requested payment code after first hour - was not a good sign.
