The helpers were a half hour late, I had to call to get an ETA. they were careless- furniture was scratched and boxes were not handled gently. They left based on the on-time start time and refused to help finish a tasks we needed their assistance with. As a result my husband hurt his back. We are incredibly displeased with this service.
