U-Haul dropped the ball and streamline picked up the play and scored. I rent from U-Haul MULTIPLE times a year. Someone changed my phone number (in error) at the U-Haul site when my husband was picking up some equipment. This meant streamline had the wrong contact information. When we got ahold of them and sorted out what happened, it was an hour past their original start time. They got a group together and showed up within an hour to get our house loaded. We are very appreciative they went the extra mike to get us taken care of !
